We are consuming plastic
It is time for us to do something drastic
Plastic became a part of the food chain
Toxins that are linked with Cancer is getting into our system
We see the increased number of cancer patients in hospitals, it is a problem
Should the manufacturers of plastic be doing more to change their ways
Are they the ones who are causing us to have sad days
Our Oceans sustain life, but now they are being stifled with plastic
micro plastic gets into the food, the water, our honey and air, that is not fantastic
We say there need to be more recycling but not enough people are listening
We must build awareness, so that more people will understand what is happening
Let stop plastic pollution from wrecking our beaches and oceans now
We can build awareness so that more people will want to be a part of the solution somehow
They will want to protect the earth and improve lives everywhere
When they know about the need for environmental care
Even the children can get involved
They will have a future when the plastic pollution problem is solved
Give them the information they need today
Help them to face the future in the best way
Plastic pollution is a problem we must eliminate
If we don’t we won’t be able to say life is great
We can tell our children how the zero waste plan can change our lives
So they can look forward to a bright future, they need to learn how to survive
The plastic pollution problem should not be allowed to get any worse
It is time for us to take another look at the problem and change course
There is no Planet B out there for us to live on
It is time for us to wake up and make better decisions
And when you tell the children more about the need for environmental care
They will be making better plans for their future as they look forward to breathing in clean air
