World Environment Day 2019 is here
It is good that the Chinese have decided to care
The environment has been taking care of us for so long
And taking it for granted is simply wrong
Now that we know that our food can be our medicine and our medicine can be our food
It would be good if we could develop a new attitude
To protecting the environment in the best way we can
On this World Environment Day we can make a better plan
We can reduce air pollution, and protect the Ocean
We simply need to think of the environment when we make decisions
There might be a reduction in Staple Crop yields by 25% because of ground level ozone pollution by 2030 if nothing new is done
Focus will be on Air quality this year, maybe they will burn less fossil fuels and use clean energy from the sun
