Recently, I had a conversation with a couple who had just returned from a holiday in the north of Australia. They visited, by boat, one of the many small islands off the east coast. They told of the visible but tiny and multiple pieces of colourful plastic washing up onto the shoreline. Very scary indeed…
So sad and so many more jobs could be created if more recycling was being done. I hope the children will be the ones who will fix this problem we seem to be handing over to them. Thanks for reading the post.
