It is not Good to Assume that Mother Nature will Always Provide

There are many people who take Mother Nature and her many gifts for granted and reject what the climate scientists say

I guess they are waiting until the Bees are not here and there is no food to eat, before they start protecting the environment in a better way

However, there are many individuals who love the flowers, the tasty fruits and more

And they know that protecting the environment will help them to have a future that is secure

Let us focus on the people who are doing all they can to have a great future

They are the ones who know how to do the things that will cause life to be better

They will be recycling, reducing and reusing each day

As they use the great plan that will send the pollution problem away

Since we know the things we can do to make our future bright

We can build awareness and use solutions to reduce our plight

Even though the biggest polluters have brainwashed many people

We won’t allow them to cause us to live with a problem that will cause us to be like a cripple

We can make great choices when we know about solutions

And each time we see an environmental project started, we can make a contribution

We can become the change we want to see

In many places we can make our own decisions, we’re free

Mother Nature has given us so much value

Even though some folks seem to believe that is not true

Some of us are grateful for the healing herbs and nutritious vegetables

And we know that life will not be great if we are not healthy and stable

We know why we should protect Mother Nature still

We will keep on trying to find a way to make it to the top of the hill
