Wild fires fueled by dangerous winds causes bad air quality and forced thousands of evacuations
The evacuees are trying to be brave but they are facing a very terrible situation
Climate change is being blamed for the intensity and the quick spreading of the fire now
I wish some folks would say we have got to reduce the greenhouse gas emission somehow
As they don’t know where they will live after the fires burn almost everything they own
All they will have is family and friends, they won’t face the trauma all alone
Global warming is a problem we need to address
These wild fires have been causing a lot of stress
Protecting the environment is no longer another idea we can ignore
As every year the fires are larger and the damage is more
Fire fighter are exhausted as the flames are out of control
The dry season is longer and the traumatizing situation is taking it’s toll
If more persons would try harder to put an end to climate change
We would be saying we are moving in the right direction and we have an advantage
But now all we have is more heat, fire and fear
When enough of us don’t pay attention to environmental care
Now it is easy for children to learn how to protect the environment in a new way
They will love to read the eBooks about tree planting, recycling, reducing and reusing today
We all can learn together with this eco friendly plan
It is time for us to start believing that we can

climate change is but one factor in the wildfires. forest management (or lack of) is also part of the issue. people are also living in areas closer to and with in forest land, in doing so, they can change the land and also they do not take the precautions to protect their homes.
