Beautiful Earth you have been giving
So we can be happy as we keep on living
But greed and selfishness caused some persons to lose touch
They just can’t be satisfied, they want too much
With the situation that is facing the poor, more and more each day
When the hurricanes become more frequent and there is so much dismay
We can only hope that more people will treat share and care
And even decide that they won’t be unfair
If we could care about each other and our home, Mother Earth
We would finally get to understand what all that the planet has to offer is worth
We need to spread the word about the need for environmental care
Now that viruses leave many in a state of despair
Nature is an awesome treasure that we should respect
