If the children don’t know
How will they have a better tomorrow
When the sea is full of waste and plastic
And cause sea creatures to be sick
What will we say, when they ask us why
We allowed all those sea creatures to die
When we could treat the environment in a better way
And have so many great things to say
We could have more beautiful beaches to enjoy
If our environment we did not destroy
With oil spills and too much plastic in the sea
How will we find a way to help our children to see
That there can be hope for a future that is bright
When we all learn to treat the environment right
We will be happy and healthy here on planet earth
