I was given a native tree sapling when I became an Australian citizen. That was 35 years ago and it’s huge now.

Wonderful post! Planting trees is so important for our future. So many developers and powers that be ignore this and we all suffer. Children will be so accustomed to protecting the environment and as adults they will change future projects to sustain rather than demolish the natural world. Thanks!
