Mother Earth and What she Deserves

Mother Earth has taken care of us in so many ways

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could help her to see brighter days?

By reducing pollution and protecting the trees and the bees

Wouldn’t be nice to hear Mother Earth say, she is very pleased?

I believe there are children who want to play on the beaches all day

And there are adults who want to have more vacations in better ways

Shouldn’t we be making more plans to live on a planet that is clean?

Now that there are plans to help the children to go green

Since Mother Earth has provided for us in so many ways through out our lives

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could allow her to thrive?

If we could do all we can to even help our children to have a future that is secure

By doing all we can to clean up our act so that so many problems won’t sit at our door

Mother Earth your hills and valleys are not as beautiful as they were before humans made a mess

We said we were doing a lot of good, as we try to produce more things in an effort to find success

The greedy has caused the most pain for their brothers and sisters too

Greed and selfishness has left many of us feeling so sad and blue

If only we could think of your needs we would think of what you deserve

Mother Earth you still keep on being generous as you continue to serve

You should be able to relax and have no need to worry about deforestation

If only humans would do more to reduce the Global Warming and end the devastation
