Climate activists believe we have been talking for too long
It is time for us to take action as we know that we are doing something wrong
We know that air pollution is a problem in many places
And plastic pollution has not put any smiles on faces
We would have clean air and water if we would act
We can do more to reduce pollution, and that’s a fact
We can reduce, repair, reuse and recycle more
As we work towards having a future that is secure
Environmentalists and scientist have been talking for so long
So why haven’t we stopped doing all the things that are wrong
Is it that too many persons are not aware of the damage they do
And they simply need someone to tell them, so they can start protecting the environment too
The pollution problem will keep on getting worse if we won’t change what we are doing now
Greta and other eco warriors are doing all they can to wake up the people somehow
Protecting the environment is not like those other options we can afford to ignore
We need clean water and air in order to have a future that is secure
We can change the way we spread the word about the need for environmental care today
