If more children were joining environmental clubs in every school around the world before the 90’s, environmental pollution would not be as devastating as it is today. It is good for children to be raised by parents who are interested in going green. This will make it easy for them to actively develop eco-friendly habits and they will grow up with great plans for a future bright. If they are not equipped with environmental solutions and eco-friendly tips, living on the planet will be unbearable for them. Accepting the fact that we have been living in an unsustainable way for a very long time and using environmental education for children as a tool to transform the way children learn about environmental care is very important at this time.

Children who are members of environmental clubs can become the ones who share eco-friendly children’s literature. These books should be a part of their schools environmental education plan. The Development of eco-friendly habits will be good for children, they will be ready to solve all the pollution problems and protect the environment it in a much better way, due to the lessons they will learn in these clubs. These children can become the solution to the plastic pollution problem and many other environmental problems we have created over the years.
How Environmental Education Help Children to prepare For a Better Future
Children will grow up to inherit land that is not able to produce much crops and they will need to know how to do soil restoration. These facts are what they will learn about in environmental clubs and the will also become aware of the solutions for these problems. Over-intensive soil use , soil erosion, excess fertilizer and pesticides use havee exhausted farmlands in many places. Soil restoraration includes, reducing tillage, using more natural or organic fertilizer and pest control, and growing more diverse crops, including trees.
Nature finds ways to reward us when we do things in the right way. Children should be told about the eco-friendly things they can do to protect their own lives and future.

Educating children in a way that will cause them to be more productive, in a world where people continue to consume and discard is disastrous. Sustainability is a new goal that was set recently, as it is now becoming clearer that Earth’s population might not have food to eat in the near future, due to the many unsustainable practices we have engaged in over the years. More should be done to protect ecosystems, the oceans and seas, endangered species, forests.
